i have two points to make:

1/ What is all this crap about saying sorry?
It seems that politicians now think that it is some kind of legal defence.
So what’s next?
Any mass murderers or bank robbers or rapists fancy being released?
just say sorry and you will all be released!

2/Why is it that the Police have to wait for a member of the public to complain before they do anything?

Does that mean that anyone who commits any of the aforementioned acts will be free to do so as long as nobody complains?

My mole at Southend Council informs me that the 'Leader' of Southend Council-it's a shitty little dormitory town at the end of the Thames Estuary- has decided that he should get paid £37,000 p.a...........doesn't sound too bad,does it?

The real sting is that he does 13/14 hours 'work' per week!!!!!!!!!

I suggest that you all do some investigating in your own backyard and see where all of your hard earned goes!
