hello again....back online.it took bt/open reach 43 days to put my line in..........even more spectacular when i already had a line attached to my flat!So now bt/open reach do do want to accept responsibility.Dontcha just love our monopolies?BT offered me 39 pence per day! I told them i wanted £30 per day as i believe this is the standard amount utility firms have to pay.
A bitch from BT told me i had to accept their terms and conditions.........a letter to the ombudsman is going to have to be sent.................
so it seems the world is still the same.......gordon still hasn't come out and went to beg in Arabia.
Just makes me so proud to be English.tosser!
